A-Class Sailing Akaroa

Experience the timeless beauty of a large 1946 Classic yacht. Sail under huge white sails with just the power of the wind to drive her. No engine noise, no diesel smell, no pollution to harm the unique & endangered wildlife. Most often you'll be surprised to HEAR dolphins & wildlife before you see them. Hand-built from Kauri wood & maintained with 9 coats of varnish. Help sail or relax in the 'Royal Seats'. Entertaining & historical storytelling (without a loudspeaker). 2 Sailings daily. Boarding 10.15am sailing 10.30am to 1 pm. Boarding 1.15pm sailing 1.30pm to 4pm. $75 pp. Max 20 pax. Never crowded. Departs Main Wharf, past the blue buildings. *Environmentally friendly, *Environmentally responsible, *Environmentally respectful, *Environmentally caring. Most importantly making a real environmental difference because today there will be absolutely no evidence or no residue following our sailing cruise yesterday. WILDLIFE LIKE PEACE AND QUIET TOO.
