LITTLE RIVER - Sawmill Cottage Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of Banks Peninsula on the east coast of the South Island. With fabulous views in every direction, surrounded by hills (some call them mountains!), with an abundance of native bird life and local farming animals.

Sawmill Cottage opened as a B&B in 2006, completely renovated from its pre 1908 state with accommodating guests in mind. Living in the house next door are your hosts Jude and Geoff Marks.
