Lake Hood is a magnificent, purpose built recreational lake, 70 ha in area with a shoreline length of 7km, and surrounded by a scenic rural parkland.

Home to a variety of water sports it is also popular for anyone wishing to walk, jog, sit, swim, fish or generally be in, on or near its sparkling waters.
